Thai Combination Oil
Thai combination massage is a technique integrating more than one style of massage modality. It is performed on a massage table. Massage oil is applied. The level of discomfort/pain is less severe than a full Traditional Thai massage. It can combine techniques from passive stretching, deep tissue massage, acupressure, reflexology, and trigger point therapy. These combinations are used to tailor the massage towards your personal preferences and specific needs. Achieving the perfect balance of refreshment and relaxation.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massages use medium to firm pressure and slow stroked to massage deep layers of muscle and fascia, which is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles.
Deep tissue massages are used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions (the“knots” that we feel in our muscles are muscle adhesions, which are bands of rigid and painful muscle tissue).
These knots can inhibit our circulation and cause pain and inflammation.

Reflexology-Foot Massage
Thai style foot massage, also known as Nuad Tao, is rooted in traditional Thai medicine and influenced by Ayurveda and Chinese medicine.
It focuses on the feet and lower legs, using pressure points, stretching, and massage techniques with a wooden stick and herb balm to stimulate the body's energy lines, called Sen lines, which correspond to internal organs and systems.
